An avid gamer since I first played Breakout in the Summer of ’76, I’ve also developed a few titles ‘back in the day’ and was a prolific musician on the Amiga. I’ve had a PS3 since launch day in the UK and wanted to create a website that not only delivered balanced commentary, but that also made a positive impact.

PS3 Attitude is the result of that wish, and I hope you enjoy it.

I have been an avid gamer since I learned how to hold a controller. My favorite games include Devil May Cry, Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Mega Man, Ratchet & Clank, Resident Evil; the list could probably go on forever. I am also a big movie and television junkie. Pretty much anything technological or entertainment-related will satisfy my curiosity.

When I’m not gaming or doing other fun activities, I’m probably studying for school at Georgia Tech in Atlanta. I’m a pretty busy guy. What else can I tell you? I’m 6’0” and enjoy long walks on the beach… Yeah, that’ll do.

I’m more of a musician than a gamer, but the difference is only slight. I was brought up on platformers such as Ratchet and Clank as well as Jak and Daxter, and while that still holds, I now also dabble in immersive FPS games like Far Cry 2 and Killzone 2, not to mention loving the Uncharted series.

At the moment I study Composition and sell my music online, as well as manage Audiofictions; a Harry Potter fanfiction podcast. In the future I hope to be a well-known contemporary composer, gaming composer, or gaming journalist.

Ever since I first played Sensible Soccer on the Amiga 600 using its meagre 7.09 MHz processor, I’ve been a committed and avid gamer. I’ve watched in amazement at how the industry has developed from its humble origins into the major international entertainment industry that it has become today.

I was nine when the PSOne hit Europe, and it was the first time I experienced the wonders of 3D graphics. I grew up as computer games were coming of age; I was losing my life to Final Fantasy VII and Metal Gear Solid. I felt blessed, like I was the chosen one!

When I’m not getting overly excited about my gaming destiny, I tend to be playing guitar, reading a book, following football or watching a film.

I’ve been a gamer since I was nine years old when I got a PSone for Christmas in 1999. I was particularly fond of Crash Bandicoot and Spyro the Dragon, and although I enjoy a huge array of genres nowadays, platformers and action/adventure games still take precedent in my collection, including Uncharted and Ratchet & Clank. I’m also a big fan of the Guitar Hero and Rock Band games, as well as many racing games, first person shooters, and RPGs.

I’m currently studying English at University, but still find plenty of time (some might say too much!) to spend on the PS3. I’m a bit of a perfectionist, so when it comes to games I always aim for 100%.

Ever since my parents mercifully caved and bought an NES I have been a gamer. I spent the lion’s share of ages 5 and 6 trying to kill the invincible shark from JAWS and wandering around the ultra confusing landscape of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Gaming has only become more important to me as I have grown older and now I cannot imagine my life without it.

Even though I may have done irreparable damage to my kidneys by holding my water during Metal Gear Solid cut scenes I would do it over again given the chance.

Some of my favorite games include Borderlands, Madden 2005, Pixel Junk Monsters, and Resident Evil 4. I love talking about games with anyone who will listen.
